Orders placed before noon PST Monday - Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after noon PST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after noon PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Standard Delivery
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 - 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 13 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Express Delivery
  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
  • Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Next Day Delivery

In-stock items ordered before 10AM PST Monday - Friday will be shipped the date the order was placed (pending credit card verification) and arrive the following day by the end of the day. In-stock items ordered after 11:00am PST are usually shipped the next business day. Next Day delivery is not available outside of the United States. Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Next Day Delivery may not be available in rural areas.
  • Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 10:00am PST. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available for in-stock items ordered after 1PM PST on Thursday and before 11AM PST on Friday for an additional charge of $35. Contact us by phone or live web chat to find out if Saturday delivery is available in your area. Saturday delivery may not be available outside of the United States or in rural areas.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping takes 5-15 business days depending on stock availability. For rush orders please contact us via live chat or phone us at 503-224-2288.

International orders are subject to manual credit card verification that can delay the processing of your order up to 2 business days. To avoid this delay we recommend that you submit your payment via PayPal, which is an easy and secure way to submit a payment online. We do accept all major credit cards for international orders but please be advised that we may request additional information to verify your payment.

All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.

*** CANADA CUSTOMERS ONLY - You are paying everything up front, also called a "Landed Cost." You are being charged the total cost of your entire order before it leaves the US. This total "Shipping Cost" for Canadian orders includes the shipping cost, the brokerage fee, the customs duty, and the GST. Your order will be delivered to your door and you owe nothing more. Canada Standard Landed shipments only ship on Tuesday and Thursday. Canada Expedited shipments are shipped daily.

Order Delay

Christella’s takes fraud security as a very serious matter.  We have implemented fraud filter security measures in order to further protect our customers against any malicious, suspicious or fraudulent charges.  Our Security Fraud Prevention Team may require review of your order if it engages any of our fraud prevention filters as a security precaution.  We will contact you immediately should you be subject to the fraud alert filter.  We ask that you contact us in return immediately to resolve this matter if we were unable to reach you in person.  Usually a simple verification process is all that is required to expedite your order and move it through our system.  Should you not contact us, please be advised that your order will be delayed until the matter is resolved.  Orders are often flagged for incomplete billing/credit card information, unverified street address, incorrect address or billing information, or our policy review.  Any upgrade in shipping service to meet the customer’s wear date as a result of this delay is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Upon dispatch of an order, you will be immediately provided with a tracking number via email, which will allow you to track your package. Additionally you can track your package by logging into your personal account.

Customers are responsible to provide correct and valid delivery address. We will not be responsible and/or liable for any expenses deriving from incorrect shipping address. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, at Christella’s discretion.

Customers must inform Christellas  in case of non-delivery by the carrier within 24 hours of original delivery date scheduled by the carrier.

Christellas is not liable for any loss and/or damages resulted in transit and/or during transportation. Items which are lost in transit will be replaced solely at our discretion, and only if the lost item may be replaced before wear date.

Late deliveries by carrier do not constitute as a failure to deliver and does not entitle you to cancel your order.

International deliveries may be delayed due to customs regulations of the destination country for which we will not be liable for losses and/or damages and we will not accept cancellations.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.

Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Christellas reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
What if my credit card is denied?

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.
